If you don't own a serger, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.

- Knit fabric for the hat, hat band and ear flaps. We suggest medium weight jersey with elastane in it.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.25 yards for all sizes - Drawstring. Anything can be used. We like pre-made jersey drawstring.
