If you don't own a serger, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
Unit:
- Knit fabric. We suggest a medium weight cotton/lycra blend jersey.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.5 yards for sizes Preemie and NB, 0.75 yards for sizes 0-3M to 9-12M, 1 yard for sizes 12-18M to 2-3T. - Knit fabric for ribbing. Rib knit or a medium weight stretchy jersey will work.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.25 yards for all sizes - Lightweight interfacing. Any kind will work.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.25 yards for all sizes - 9 sets of snaps. We suggest size 14 aka: 5/16 or 8mm.
