If you don't own a serger, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
Unit:
- Knit fabric for pants. We suggest a light to medium weight knit.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.5 yards for sizes Preemie to 6-9M, 0.75 yards for sizes 9-12M to 5-6T - Knit fabric for cuffs. We like using a medium weight, cotton/elastane blend jersey. A rib knit will work as well.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.13 yards for all sizes - .5 wide elastic for waistband.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.5 yards for sizes Preemie to 6-9M, 0.75 yards for sizes 9-12 to 5-6T
