A beautiful pattern for a solid jersey or almost any print!  We love a thin jersey fabric for a modern look.   Pockets, drawstring and buttons can all be left off for a very simple version!

MATERIALS:

  • Knit fabric. We suggest a light weight jersey knit. AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.5 yards for sizes 0-3M to 6-9M, 0.75 yards for sizes 9-12M to 4-5T, 1 yard for 5-6T
  • Drawstring (optional): AMOUNT NEEDED- Approximately 36"
  • Elastic that is 3/4" wide
  • 2 or 3 buttons depending on size

MACHINES:

  • Overlock machine / Serger – If you don't own one, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
