A modern, basic jogger ripe for modifications to your creative desire ;)   

Thick elastic waist has an optional drawstring for looks and function! 

Great pairing with a baggy tee or hoodie 

MATERIALS:

  • Fabric for pants. Medium weight jersey or french terry is recommended. AMOUNT NEEDED: 1 yard for size 6-7, 1.25 yards for size 8-10, 1.5 yards for size 12-14 

    Rib knit fabric for waistband and cuffs. You can also use main fabric if it's stretchy enough to mimic a rib knit.  AMOUNT NEEDED: 0.25 yards all sizes 

    1.25" wide elastic for waist, measurements in tutorial. Range from 21-25"  

    Optional: Drawstring 

MACHINES:

  • Sewing machine
  • Overlock machine / Serger – If you don't own one, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
