Mix and match fabrics for any girly or not-so-girly style with this bodysuit dress!  Great to wear with leggings in the cooler months or on it's own in the warmer months.  Long sleeve and short sleeve options are included.

Size range: Preemie - 3T

Skill level: Intermediate

MATERIALS:

  • Knit fabric for bodysuit and skirt. We suggest a medium weight cotton/elastane jersey. AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.5 yards for sizes Preemie to 3-6M, 0.75 yards for sizes 6-9M to 2-3T
  • Knit fabric for binding. Lightweight rib knit or jersey will work. AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.12 yards for all sizes
  • 5 sets of snaps and snap fastener. We recommend size 14 or 15

MACHINES:

  • Sewing machine
  • Overlock machine / Serger – If you don't own one, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.

If you've never used a digital pattern, start here. If you've never used a B&T pattern, there is a free pattern here. For an easy sew, the slouch beanie is a great place to start.

What does a pattern contain?

Each pattern is a PDF file with the sewing pattern and tutorial with detailed step-by-step photos and instructions.

When/where will I get my pattern?

The download link is available: 1) instantly on the order summary, 2) the order email, and 3) your account history.

What if a pattern gets updated after I download?

What kind of printer do I need?

All patterns are made to print on your home printer on standard Letter or A4 size paper.

What if I don't have a serger?

If you don't have a serger you can substitute serged seams with a small zig-zag stitch on your sewing machine.

Can I sell items made with a pattern?

How do I view a PDF file?

PDF (Portable Document Format) files can be viewed with free PDF readers such as Adobe Reader.
