If you don't own a serger, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
Unit:
- Knit fabric for legs, needs to have moderate stretch. We suggest a cotton/elastane blend jersey knit.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.5 yards for sizes Preemie to 12-18M, 0.75 yards for sizes 18-24M to 5-6T - Knit fabric for waistband and cuffs. Rib knit or a medium weight stretchy jersey will work.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.25 yards for all sizes - 1 yard of drawstring. We suggest cutting out a strip of knit fabric for this.
