lounge sweatshirt : 125

A fast, trendy sew that your kid is going to love!  The lounge sweatshirt has 2 sleeve style options and will look great in a variety of fabrics!   I love this with a pair of slouchy pants like the sarouels.

There is also a Big Kid Lounge Sweatshirt. 

MATERIALS:

  • Knit fabric. We suggest a medium weight jersey knit or stretchy french terry. AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.5 yards for sizes 0-3M to 9-12M, 0.75 yards for 12-18M and 18-24M, 1 yard for 2-3 to 4-5, 1.13 yards for 5-6.
  • Rib knit fabric for bands. Light to medium weight depending on main fabric. AMOUNT NEEDED- 1/4 yard for all sizes.

MACHINES:

  • Sewing machine
  • Overlock machine / Serger – If you don't own one, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
