If you don't own a serger, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
Unit:
- Knit fabric for top part. We suggest a cotton / elastane blend jersey knit.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.5 yards for all sizes. - Fabric for skirt part. Can be knit or woven.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.25 yards for sizes 0-3M to 6-9M, 0.5 yards for sizes 9-12M to 5-6T. - Ribbing for neckband. Light weight rib knit or same as top fabric if it's stretchy enough.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 5x15 piece for all sizes. - .25 wide elastic.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 1 yard for all sizes.
