If you don't own a serger, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.

- Knit fabric: Medium weight cotton/lycra jersey works great. Must have stretch.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.25 yards for all sizes - Knit fabric for binding: Lightweight ribbing or medium weight stretchy jersey will work.
