If you don't own a serger, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
Unit:
- Knit fabric with a good amount of stretch to fit over the head! We suggest a cotton / elastane blend jersey knit.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.5 yards for sizes 0-3M to 9-12M, 0.75 yards for sizes 12-18M to 18-24M, 1 yards for sizes 2-3T to 5-6T - Knit fabric for the neckband. A lightweight ribbing or medium weight stretchy jersey will work.
