snap shoulder bodysuit : 28

Our shoulder-snap bodysuit is a cute alternative to our more traditional lap-neck bodysuit, allowing you to switch it up a bit!

Pattern includes short and long sleeves.

MATERIALS:

  • Knit fabric for bodysuit, we suggest a soft cotton jersey. AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.5 yards for sizes Preemie to 0-3M, 0.75 yards for sizes 3-6M to 2-3T
  • Knit fabric for binding, a stretchy jersey knit works for this as well as a lightweight rib knit. AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.25 yards for all sizes.
  • 6x6" piece of stiff fabric for shoulders
  • 7 sets of snaps and snap fastener. We suggest size 14 (aka: 5/16" or 8mm)

MACHINES:

  • Sewing machine
  • Overlock machine / Serger – If you don't own one, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
