Pocket puff pants have a stylized pocket area that's great for contrasting fabrics to mix and match! Pair with the classic hoodie for a trendy outfit :)
MATERIALS:
Knit fabric, light to medium weight. Light weight jersey recommended for pocket lining to eliminate bulk
- AMOUNT NEEDED: 1 yard sizes 6-10, 1.25 yards sizes 12-14.
Fabric for cuffs if using. Rib knit is recommended but you can use a main fabric if there's similar stretch to a rib.
- AMOUNT NEEDED: 0.25 yards for all sizes
0.75" wide elastic for waistband. Ranges from 20-24". Chart in tutorial
MACHINES:
- Sewing machine
- Overlock machine / Serger – If you don't own one, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
