The Harem romper is an easy, comfortable pattern. It is a fun, quick sew that will look good in almost any knit fabric, with two shoulder closure options.

Everyone loves the little kid version, so we made a big kid version too!
Great for lounging, and for costumes. Baggy fit: size down if between sizes.

MATERIALS:

  • Knit fabric, medium weight. Jersey or interlock works great. AMOUNT: 1.5 yards all sizes.
  • Knit fabric for cuffs.
  • If using snaps, 4 sets, size 14 recommended.

MACHINES:

  • Sewing machine
  • Overlock machine / Serger – If you don't own one, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
