These bloomers are made to pair with leggings or be worn on their own.  It has instant versatility from summer to fall, just throw on a pair of leggings underneath and you have an edgy look for the cooler days!

MATERIALS:

  • Fabric for legs. Anything can be used! AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.5 yards for all sizes.
  • 0.75" wide elastic. AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.75 yards
  • 0.25" wide elastic. AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.75 yards

MACHINES:

  • Sewing machine
  • Overlock machine / Serger – If you don't own one, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
